The By Laws of your Association provide for a budget composed of Association Dues collected from every member of the River Oaks Community. This money is used for such items as sign maintenance, lawn maintenance, electricity for the entrance ways, and insurance for all common areas.
This current year’s annual fee of $90.00 per year was due in full by May 15, 2025.
Your Volunteer HOA Board appreciates your promptness in paying this year’s Annual Fee, to allow us to budget for the services that the neighborhood requires to continue to properly maintain and improve our common areas.
Attention: Real Estate Agents and Closing Attorneys
All current residents of River Oaks have paid their Annual Dues of $90.00 for the year, from May 2025 through May 2026.
