HOA Dues (Pay Dues)

The By Laws of your River Oaks Homeowners Association (ROHA) provide for a budget composed of Association Dues collected annually from every member of the River Oaks Community of Oak Ridge, NC.  This money is used for such items as sign maintenance, lawn maintenance, electricity for the entrance ways, and insurance for all common areas.

After careful budgeting and consideration, the Officers and Directors of the Board have determined that the Annual Dues will remain at $90.00 through this year.

This year’s Annual Dues are due in full by May 15, 2024. Again this year, we will be offering an electronic method of paying your Annual Dues through a PayPal option here, which will allow you to use your existing PayPal Account or any major Credit or Debit Card to pay your dues in a safe and secure manner. (It is not necessary that you have a PayPal account to use this feature, nor will you be forced to create one if you use your Credit/Debit Card).

If you are uncomfortable in using PayPal, you may use any online payment services provided by your own bank, or you may mail in a check.  Those payments should be made payable to River Oaks Homeowners Association, in the amount of $90.00, and sent to the following postal address:

River Oaks Homeowners Association
                    P.O. Box 901
            Oak Ridge, NC  27310

Late ROHA Dues Payments:

If any homeowner has not paid their annual ROHA Dues by May 15th, the amount due at that time will be $120.00. If by June 1st, any homeowner has not paid the amount in full with any and all late fees included, the Dues increase to $160.00. If by August 1st, the ROHA has not received a homeowner’s annual Dues, with any and all late fees included and paid in full, a property lien will be placed on the homeowner’s property. Any and all fees associated with the legal proceedings must be paid on top of, and in addition to, the $160.00 for the property lien to be released.

Your Volunteer HOA Board appreciates your promptness in paying this year’s Annual Dues, to allow us to budget for the services that the neighborhood requires to continue to properly maintain and improve our common areas.
